1. Accepting these terms
By using memjig.app or the Memory Jigsaw app (the “Service”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Memory Jigsaw lets you restore photos, turn them into jigsaw puzzles, and share them as gift links with leaderboards. We may change, add or remove features. Free use is subject to the daily limits shown in the app.
3. Your account
Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account.
4. Your photos and text
You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload. To run the Service you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, resize and display that content to the people you share it with, for as long as it is on our servers.
You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that the people shown in it would not reasonably object to it being shared with your recipients.
5. What you must not do
Do not upload content that is illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not upload intimate images of anyone, or images of children in any inappropriate context. Do not harass people through notes or leaderboard names, try to access other people’s private gifts, or interfere with the Service, its limits or its ads.
6. Races and leaderboards
Leaderboard times are checked by our servers. We may remove entries or block players that appear automated or manipulated. The sender of a gift can remove any entry from its leaderboard.
7. AI restore
AI restore is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. It can change details such as faces, text or colors, and it is not a faithful historical record. Review the result before you share it.
9. Ads
The free version shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that give extra uses. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
10. Storage and expiry
Gift links and their photos are deleted automatically 180 days after creation (2 years on Premium), or earlier if you delete them. Puzzles kept on your device are your responsibility; clearing browser data or uninstalling the app removes them. Keep your own copy of important photos.
11. Reports and removal
To report content, email support@memjig.app with the gift link. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without notice where the law allows.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of photos or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes go to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Questions: support@memjig.app.
