Getting started
Open memjig.app/app in any browser, or install the Android app. You can restore photos and play puzzles without an account. You need to sign in only to send gift links, open private gifts or use AI restore.
Restore a photo
- Take photo of a print, or Choose photo from your gallery or files.
- Quick restore runs on your device. It lifts fading, fixes contrast and can add color to black-and-white photos.
- Drag the slider on the photo to compare before and after.
- For torn or heavily scratched prints, tap AI restore. This uploads a smaller copy for processing and uses one AI credit.
For the best result, photograph the print flat, in daylight, without flash, and fill the frame.
Play a puzzle
Choose 12, 24, 48 or 100 pieces, then drag pieces onto the board. A piece snaps when it is close to its place. The tools under the board:
Your progress saves automatically. Leave and come back to continue where you stopped.
Send a gift
- After solving, tap Send as a gift.
- Pick a theme: Memories, Anniversary, Love, Best friends, Family, Birthday, Thank you or Graduation.
- Write a headline, who it is for and from, and a note of up to 280 characters. Turn on Hide note until solved to keep it a surprise.
- Choose the piece count and the rules: race leaderboard, hints, peeking.
- Tap Create link and share it to Messenger, Zalo, WhatsApp or anywhere else, or download the card image.
Private gifts
Choose Only people I invite and enter their email addresses. They sign in with Google or email and password, and their email must be verified. Link previews of private gifts show an envelope instead of your photo. Anyone else who opens the link sees that the gift is private.
Races and leaderboards
With the race turned on, everyone who opens the link gets the same cut and a timer. Each hint adds 10 seconds to a race time. The board updates live. As the sender, open Gifts you sent, then Leaderboard, to watch it or remove a player.

On the free plan you can watch a short ad for one more use, up to 5 extra a day for each kind. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
Account and your data
Sign in with Google or with email and password. In Account you can change your display name, see today's usage, manage Premium, change ad choices and delete your account. Deleting removes your gifts, their photos, your leaderboard entries and your sign-in. See how to delete your account.
